Who is eligible to have an account?
You are eligible if you are an authorized representative of the company for which you are creating a campaign or you are the owner or manager of the company

Troubleshooting

Why I don’t get the OTP?
Enter your number in the correct format (3001234567). Don’t enter your number with zero.
Why my app keeps closing?
It is because you have denied certain permission to the app to function on your phone.
Why my app has deformed graphics and keeps on crashing?
Clear caches or update the app. If the problem persists then report the issue on the play store/app store.

Campaign Creation

How to create a campaign?
Open the Veezlo app > tap create a campaign > fill out campaign requirements and proceed to payment.
What is car type and service type?
Car type means which type of car body you want to use for your campaign. You have an option to select a type that fits your campaign. Service type means how much area of the car you want to cover with your advertisement. In full wraps, the full body of the car will be covered and in half wraps, only half portion of the car’s body will be covered. Similarly, for lite wraps, some of the portions will be covered.
What should I write in the message section?
If you have any special instructions or requirements, write them in the message or if you don’t have any design for your campaign then write to us in this section that how you want your design to look like and we will create that for you. Please always write the advertisement message, your slogan and business name in this section to help us in designing a great campaign for you.
What Images do I need to upload?
Your ad designs and campaign designs should be uploaded here. If you don’t have design and you wrote to us in the message section about designing an ad for you then upload your logo, icons. Images or anything that can help us in designing an advertisement for you.
Why can I choose only one car type and one service type in a single campaign?
You can only create a campaign for a specific car type and service type at the same time. If you want to create a campaign with a mix of car and service types. Create a separate campaign on your app for each service or car type. However, in the coming updates, you will be able to choose different car types and different service types in a single campaign.
Why is there minimum base mileage?
2000kms are the minimum base mileage per car. You can choose higher mileage but can’t choose below 2000km. Every car in your campaign will drive for at least 2000kms to ensure that your brand gets noticed. It also encourages ambassadors to stay committed to your campaign.

Campaign Reporting

What is the campaign report?
After your campaign is finished, the app generates a report on how did your campaign go. The campaign report is for you to assess the impact of the campaign.
What is Heat Map?
The heat map is the geographical representation of your campaign. It shows those areas on the map which were targeted the most and those areas which were least targeted to help you devise strategies for your marketing
How can I use the reports?
The reports can be used to assess the impact of the campaign. The reporting helps you compare campaign data with your retail or business data to calculate ROI. Veezlo translates location data into useful insights that you can use to improve the performance of your business.

Violations

Why my campaign is suspended?
Your campaign is suspended because your campaign is found to be violating our campaign policies or local laws.

Why police or local authorities removed my wraps from ambassadors’ cars?
There can be several reasons but common reasons include the presentation of naked skin on your ad or content that is disturbing or culturally not fit. Read campaign policies to learn more about it.

Campaign Tracking

What is campaign tracking and how it is done?
Campaign tracking means tracking the movement of cars that are assigned to your campaign to see where are they moving on the map. It is simple and easy to do. Go to your campaign> Tap track campaign. It will show you all the cars on the map. If you want to track an individual car. Tap on each ambassador and tap track to see individual ambassador’s movement
Why do I need to track the campaign?
The tracking feature facilitates you throughout the campaign and brings transparency to your campaign. It helps you visualize your campaign and tells you which zone or geography is targeted the most. All of this helps you in decision making, creating new offers for those zones and regions and tweaking your product or anything that can help you attract the customers.
What if I feel that my ambassador is logging fake mileage?
Our anti-fraud tool runs and catches the fraud. However, if you feel that the mileage you are getting is fake. Then Go to ambassador profile > Ask update and the ambassador will send you live real-time images and you can compare the location of the vehicle and the location of the images.

Veezlo Wallet
Understanding Wallet
In Veezlo’s in-app wallet, you can manage your payment methods, add or remove your card and top-up your account.
Using Veezlo Wallet
Tap on the sidebar menu, tap the Wallet> Tap Payment method. Here you can choose your payment method. You can also add or remove your card on this page. Use this section to redeem a voucher or recharge your account.
Coupons, credits and badges
What are the coupons and how it is used?
Coupon codes are the discounts offered by Veezlo to its advertisers/customers. It can be used at the payment checkout page to avail discounts.
What are credits and how to use credits?
Credits are also offered by Veezlo as discounts. But unlike coupons, the credits are added to the wallet. You can also top-up your wallet to add credit to your account and use them for future campaign payments.
What are the badges?
Badges are earned by advertisers/customers as they progress their journey with Veezlo. Badges unlock cool and exciting features which are not available for ordinary advertisers/customers. For example, with a silver badge, the advertisers get access to the events feature and with a golden badge, the advertisers get access to the packages feature to buy a package of advertisement campaigns for their company and many more.
Problems in Payment
Why my card/payment is declining?
Some of the reasons why it happens: (a) your card is expired/blocked or not enabled for online transactions (b) your card is not supported (c) Insufficient funds (d) Daily limit reached. Kindly contact your payment provider to learn more about your card.

Upfront pricing

What is upfront pricing?
When you create a campaign and fill out the campaign details, the app gives you upfront information about how much your campaign will cost you.

How does Veezlo pricing work?
Veezlo pricing is based on the car type and service type. Each car type and service type has its own price per kilometer. Veezlo charges you based on mileage.

Veezlo’s rates vary depending on your campaign city, preferred car type and service type. Visit the Services page to learn about Veezlo’s rates.
I need receipts of my campaigns
We email you the receipts after you pay for the campaign. Make sure you have the valid email address in your account.
Retirement of campaign(s), refunds and settlements
Retirement of the campaign(s)
Generally, a campaign is retired when the campaign is completed. But there are cases in which campaigns are retired before completion. For example, the advertiser might ask to retire the on-going campaign due to any reason, or maybe Veezlo has to retire it because it is violating any law or policy or the court orders the retirement of the campaign because the company is declared insolvent or the court/ authorities are investigating the advertiser’s company.
Refunds
Veezlo will retire the campaigns with or without notice and without a refund. Veezlo will only refund if the campaigns are retired before the launch or the Veezlo is unable to carry out the campaign. Please read our terms of service for further information refunds.
Settlements
In case of any dispute between advertisers & ambassadors, the Veezlo will act as an arbitrator and settle the amounts accordingly.

Managing your account

How do I delete my account?
Tap> Profile > remove or delete the account.
What are notifications?
Notifications are the news we send you about offers, discounts, updates and new features. Notifications are found within the Veezlo app.
What is referral and How do I refer a friend?
Referral means recommending Veezlo to a friend. It is easy to refer a friend, tap refer, or share the app tab to send an invite to your friend. When your friend signs up and creates a campaign, you both receive free credits.
I can’t access my account / Forgot my password
When you are trying to sign in and the password is not working, then tap on forgot password? Veezlo will send you a password reset link to your email. Don’t share the link/password with anyone.

Account/service termination

How does an account gets blocked or suspended?
A user’s device or account can be automatically blocked by our systems if it violates any policy, law, or terms and conditions. The account is permanently terminated if the user is found to be involved in activities relating to fraud.
Continuous failed attempts
Your account may be temporarily suspended if your payment requests are continuously declined by the payment provider. It helps prevent the misuse of your account.
Multiple accounts on the same device
If you use many accounts on a single device, our system detects it as the misuse of the system. It affects the campaign reporting accuracy as we send data to one device. If you want to create multiple campaigns, you can create multiple campaigns from one account. Virtually, there is no need of creating a new account for every new campaign.
How to request unblocking?

Why my account is not activated?
Account activation takes 24 hours. However, if your account is still not activated, then contact Veezlo. It happens when the documents you submitted at the time of registration could not be verified. Also, if you have not participated in training then you will face the delays.
Why my app keeps closing?

Why my app crashes?
Clear caches or update the app. If the problem persists then report the issue on the play store. Sometimes, it can crashes because you are running too many apps at the same time.

Participation in a Campaign

Passing the trial
Every newly registered ambassador is required to go through a trial drive before getting assigned to campaigns. It is important to drive in a trial to let the Veezlo learn about your average mileage and driving habits to match you with the right campaign. After passing the trial, you will be eligible for participation in campaigns.
How to participate in a campaign?
When an advertiser makes a campaign in your car type, you will be notified about the campaign and you will have 10 mints to respond to the campaign request. The campaign will be assigned to those who accept the campaign request first. If you rejected the request, then your acceptance rate will drop and might affect the future campaign opportunities.
What to do after accepting a campaign?
The app will give you the appointment details and route information of the installation center. You will have to report to the installation center in time to install the wraps on your car to go live.
Installation of material (wrapping process)
How much time does it take to wrap?
Depending on the wrap design, it can take from 15 minutes to one hour.
Is it safe for cars?
We use industry-wide standard material that is safe for your car. The material we use is generally used for protecting the car body from scratches and damages.

What to do after installation?
Upload pictures of your wrapped vehicle in your app and bingo! Your campaign will be live.
How do I earn money?
You earn money when you are driving in Veezlo set geography. You earn money based on your mileage.
Why advertiser is asking for an update?
The advertiser wants to make sure if his ad is displayed. Please park your car and take photos of your car. It only takes a minute.
What are events and how do I participate in them?
They are a fun way to carry out additional activities and earn extra money. If any opportunity is available, you will receive a notification.

Payment Reciving

How to receive earned money?
You will receive money on your mobile number through easy paisa and jazz cash. If you have your bank account connected, then we will send your earnings to your bank account.
When Veezlo sends out money?
Veezlo usually send s you money after the completion of the campaign. It can take up to 7 business days to receive payments. We do not process payments. This is done by the payment providers and banks.
Your Wallet
Understanding Wallet
In Veezlo’s in-app wallet, you can see the summary of the amount you have earned from campaigns.
Using Veezlo Wallet
Currently, Veezlo sends money to ambassadors. However, the wallet feature allows ambassadors to withdraw money to their bank accounts and mobile accounts.

Earnings

What is revenue share?
Revenue share is a model in which the company shares the revenues with its partners.
What is the revenue share for an Ambassador?
Depending on your city and car type, your share can be from 30% to 60%.
Bonus, rewards and Events
Bonus
Bonus depends on your performance. The criteria for bonus will be communicated from Veezlo office. Ambassadors with high ratings, acceptance and completion rates will be qualified for bonuses.
Rewards
Rewards are given to ambassadors who achieve high levels/tiers/badges. Participate in campaigns & events more often to level up.
Events
Events are the challenges and tasks from advertisers to their ambassadors. When you successfully complete a challenge or task. You will be given an event reward.
Retirement of campaign(s), reversals and settlements
Retirement of the campaign(s)
Generally, a campaign is retired when the campaign is completed. But there are cases in which campaigns are retired before completion. For example, the advertiser might ask to retire the on-going campaign due to any reason, or maybe Veezlo has to retire it because it is violating any law or policy or the court orders the retirement of the campaign because the company is declared insolvent or the court/ authorities are investigating the advertiser’s company. In such a case, you will be paid for the miles you have covered so far. In case, the campaign is retired by the reasons involving you, then you will not be paid for any miles covered. Some of the reasons, in which the campaign is retired from the ambassador side, includes selling of car or involving in a major accident or the car is subjected to the lawsuit or you were having some problem which makes it impossible for you to complete the campaign. In some cases, you will be liable for the damages and costs incurred to wrap your car.
Reversals
Veezlo has the right to retire the campaigns with or without notice. Reversal means reversing of the amount you have earned. It happens only when you are involved in the fraud or you have caused the retirement of the campaign.
Settlements
In case of any dispute between advertisers & ambassadors, the Veezlo will act as an arbitrator and settle the amounts accordingly.

Managing your account

What if I don’t want to participate in campaigns for a while?
If you do not want to receive any campaign request and do not want to work for a while with Veezlo, then you can go offline by signing out of your app.
How do I delete my account?
Sign out and you will not receive any campaign request. There is no need to delete your account. If you wish to permanently delete your account then contact Veezlo.
What if I change my car?
Visit Veezlo office to update your information so that you can be matched with right campaigns.
What are notifications?
