Campaign Policies

Every campaign offer comes with campaign rules. As an Ambassador of the campaign, you must abide by the rules and policies that Veezlo has in place for the Ambassador to act accordingly, and restricts Ambassador to engage in activities that are forbidden by law, requirements of the campaign or by Veezlo.

Veezlo has certain policies, campaign ethics and programs which shall prevail and you agree to be bound by these policies. You are responsible for your access or use of Veezlo platform. These policies require the:

i. Reporting

Once you accept the campaign request, you must report to the installation center at the scheduled time. The installation must be done within the 24 hours after the printed material is ready. You will be given the appointment time which you need to confirm at time of accepting a campaign request. Failure to report in time will result in losing the campaign opportunity and your score (acceptance rate, installation rate, completion rate) will be dropped which will affect your future campaign requests. The campaigns will be first assigned to those who are higher in the score.

ii. Vacations

During the campaign, if you want to take off days from the road to enjoy your holidays or relax, then you have to mention the days on our app (by marking the calendar) to tell us how many days you will be on vacations. The campaign will be paused for those days. However, you cannot take a longer break from the campaign. The maximum break you can take is 3 days. After 3 days, you must go out on the road to deliver visibility to the advertiser.

If you are failed to go on the road after 3 days, you will be given a notice at first to which you need to respond. If the advertiser gives you a grace time, then your break will be extended. However, otherwise, the campaign will be transferred to another Ambassador and you will be penalized for the loss that advertiser incurred because of you. You need to pay the material amount and in some case, the amount you have earned will be reversed either fully or partially.

iii. Service Types

Veezlo offers different services ranging from lite to full wrap. You can choose to sign up for any service you want. However, if you have signed up for full wrap services then Veezlo will automatically consider you for the other services as well. You must agree that you cannot reject the specific service-related offer where you deny to provide the service under the service type which you have signed up for.

iv. Car Types

Your car type determines your eligibility for a campaign. You can’t claim to participate in different car type campaign. The cars are assigned to the campaigns based on the car types. If advertisers require hatchback for their campaigns then Veezlo will assign hatchback. If you carry sedan then you can’t claim the opportunity to be included in the campaign. Veezlo will only assign you campaign based on the requirements of the advertisers.

v. Installation

Any kind of installation whether lite wrap or full wrap will require you to either leave your car at the center or sit waiting for the installation to complete. Installation is done through careful consideration by the experts. Any kind of damage will not hold Veezlo liable. You agree to hold Veezlo harmless in case of any damage and accept the risk posed by the installation. Although the material used is an industry-wide standard for car wraps i.e vinyl, you accept the full responsibility for any situation that might arise due to the wrapping process. You warrant that you are authorized and have the right to wrap the car you have registered with Veezlo. If the car is the property of your guardian, parents, vendors or your employers, then you must obtain the permission to wrap your car with the Material. We assume that you have obtained the permission before you registered yourself with Veezlo. We will not be responsible for the dispute that might arise between you and your guardians, parents, vendors or owners (can be employers).

vi. Availability on the Calendar

If you do not wish to receive any campaign request without affecting your acceptance rate, then you have to mark days on the calendar in your Ambassador app on which you are not available for the campaigns before accepting and receiving the campaigns. Our system determines the availability of the Ambassadors and assigns campaigns accordingly. You agree that you acknowledge it and cannot object on your acceptance or cancellation rate. The opportunities are first available to the ambassadors with a high score, ratings and acceptance rate. You agree to mark the calendar as per the agreement otherwise you will observe drop in your acceptance rate.



Campaign Policies

Veezlo has certain policies, campaign ethics and programs which shall prevail and you agree to be bound by these policies. You are responsible for your access or use of Veezlo platform. These policies restrict the:

i. Promotion of the evil ideologies

Such ideologies are evil in nature which creates chaos, divides people & communities into groups, and hurt the feelings of a specific community, gender, minorities and religion.

ii. Promotion of illegal products

Such products are prohibited by laws in certain regions, states and countries. There might be some culturally not fit products in specific regions. The promotion of such products is restricted on Veezlo. These products include products that are unhealthy such as marijuana, weed, Tabaco, alcohol and any other of such types.

iii. Promotion of culturally not fit products (or campaigns)

There are products which are culturally not fit in some regions, states and countries. If any culture has reservation about such products. Then Veezlo will restrict its promotion on its platform in that area.

These products include food and dresses that are against the culture of the campaign regions. For example, in Islamic countries, eating pork or wearing western dresses is not considered decent. Veezlo doesn’t allow the promotion of such products in those regions. These products also include medicines for sexual purposes, sex toys and any others of such types. Also, campaign messages that are not appropriate for the regions’ audience will not be allowed. For example, you are promoting a legal and culturally fit product but the message you promote the product with is not appropriate or the content is evoking chaos, negative response and create a disturbance.

iv. Promotion of products under the mentioned below categories

The promotion of the following is restricted by Veezlo on its platform. Which are:

a. Pornographic promotion (i.e promoting nudity and erotic messages)
b. Nudity (the Veezlo must be used in good faith, Veezlo doesn’t allow promoting nudity that has negative effects on children brains and poses threats to cultural values)
c. Ponzi schemes
d. Misleading products or campaigns (can be a misleading ideology, inappropriate service, contest, fake lottery program and suggestive messages intended to harm)
e. Gambling (both events and products, where not allowed by regions culture or law)
f. Black marketing
g. Lottery programs (unknown source, creating programs just for hype and creating fake air that can potentially deceive the audience)

v. Promotion of counterfeit products

The promotion of counterfeit products is also restricted on Veezlo Platform.

vi. Adult-oriented promotional content or designs

The campaigns are restricted on Veezlo platform if it is the promotion of adult entertainment, dating services, adult merchandises, sexually suggestive messages/content and images containing exposed skin.

vii. Offensive content

Offensive content is not allowed on Veezlo platform. Content that spreads hatred, inciting violence, encouraging or expressing discrimination, harassment and intolerance.

viii. Incitement

Content that provokes people to damage property or engage in unlawful acts and protests. Veezlo platform does not allow this.

The determination of whether the campaign violates these policies is in the sole discretion of Veezlo. We will suggest changes to the customers with a polite request to review these terms and conditions. However, Veezlo has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. The changes made will be displayed and updated here. Mostly new features, products and services bring in some additional terms and conditions to the current agreement. Customer assumes full liability and responsibility for the campaign content (including text, figures, facts, illustration, and copyrights) of all the Ads and shall save and indemnify Veezlo against any liability, demands or claims.

Customer is responsible for the texts and should provide the correct version of content and design. Veezlo will not consider any payment’s adjustment for such errors. However, in case you authorize Veezlo to create an ad for you, we will ask for your approval before we install and launch the ad on the roads. If after approval you pointed out errors, Veezlo won’t be held responsible and no monetary compensation will be offered. In some cases, if the Veezlo launch the campaign unintentionally that violates the campaign policies then Veezlo will discard it whenever Veezlo notice it and the Veezlo shall not be held liable or accept any damage. This is the responsibility of the advertisers to run the campaign according to these terms and condition.
