We just do in a fun and free way for you. Instead, we pay you for just doing that.

    Everyone who registers the vehicle and drives with us is called an Ambassador. Ambassadors are our champions who make a real difference for brands on the road. They represent a brand by being an Ambassador of that brand. We respect them and always appreciate them for doing the great work.

    Everyone who wants to become part of the Ambassadors great community and earn money with Veezlo must be registered on the Platform. Registration is necessary for us to understand about you and your vehicle so that we can match you with the most relevant campaigns. It is also necessary to ensure the safety of the community and keep the operations healthy.

    Training is mandatory depending on your region. The training can be provided to you online or in-class. However, you will not be given access to your account without participating in the training. Kindly ensure your participation for enjoying Veezlo to its fullest.

  • expand_moreMy account is still not activated?
    It usually takes 24 hours to activate your account fully. Sometimes, additional documents are required and you will be informed. Also, there are instances, when documents verification is unsuccessful. Get in touch with a support officer to guide you further.

  • expand_moreWhat if I do not have a Government ID?
    Government ID is your identity proof. It proves that you are eligible to drive on the road. In most states, the minimum age requirement is 18. So you need to provide the ID to ensure your age. It also helps us to differentiate you from other Ambassadors and facilitate payments disbursement.

  • expand_moreWhat if I don’t have a driving license?
    You need to obtain the driving license to become part of the Veezlo. We encourage safe driving and promote a healthy environment. If you don’t have the license, we will ask you to apply for it. Once your license arrives, we start the registration process.

  • expand_moreWhat if I don’t have Car registration documents?
    You are required to present the documents at the time of registration. It is mandatory for verification and differentiating your vehicle from other vehicles.

  • expand_moreWhat if I register myself with Veezlo but does not participate in training?
    Your account will not be activated until you pass the training. If you have missed out the training, just inform us and we will give you another slot for training.

  • expand_moreHow do I install stickers on my car?
    Once you accept a campaign request, you will be given a time slot and location for installation where our team will install the stickers on your car.

  • expand_moreDo stickers damage the car’s paint?
    We use high-quality material on the cars with the industry-wide used standard procedure of installation. Take your time to learn how to remove the stickers with industry standard procedure. Veezlo doesn’t take any responsibility for any damaged area of the car.

  • expand_moreDo I have an option to choose the ad campaign for my vehicle?
    You have the option to either accept or reject a campaign request. However, beware that it has a direct implication on your earnings, acceptance rate and future campaign opportunities.

  • expand_moreWhat is acceptance, cancellation and completion rate?
    The acceptance rate is the number of campaign requests you have accepted out of the total number of campaign requests. Higher is the better. The cancellation rate is the number of campaign requests you have rejected out of the total number of campaign requests. Lower is the better. Completion rate is the number of campaigns you have completed successfully out of the total number of accepted request. Higher is the better.

  • expand_moreWhy is there acceptance, cancellation and completion rate?
    It is your proof of reliability that how much Veezlo can depend on you. Our systems detect and trust the ambassadors with higher acceptance and completion rate. They are the people who will likely to complete the tasks if they are given any task. On the other hand, ambassadors with low acceptance and completion rate have low reliability. Veezlo systems are not sure whether they are reliable and will complete the tasks if they are given any. That’s why ambassadors with higher acceptance and completion rate are given more opportunities and offered campaigns first.

  • expand_moreHow can I improve my acceptance and completion rate and avoid cancellation?
    This is easy. If you want to least cancel the campaigns then turn on the vacation mode when you are not ready to accept the campaigns. When you are on vacations, our systems will not send you campaign requests.
    Moreover, you can easily increase the acceptance rate by accepting the campaign requests every time our systems send you a request. You can cancel the ones you don’t like but it will lower your acceptance rate. However, the completion rate is the most critical indicator for your success at Veezlo. Always choose campaigns wisely which you know you can complete. The wiser you choose, the less is the chance you will withdraw from the campaigns. Remember, by rule, you can’t withdraw from campaigns. Read terms and conditions for more information about this.

  • expand_moreWhat are the ratings?
    Advertiser rate you at the end of the campaign from the scale of one to five based on the service you have provided. They also provide feedback on how the campaign went.
    If your ratings are higher, then many advertisers will want to work with you. If your ratings are low, advertisers would assume that you do not provide excellent services.

  • expand_moreHow can I improve my ratings?
    The easiest way to improve your ratings is to provide exceptional services to advertisers, take care of the material, avoid fraud, provide photos of your vehicle in time and deliver the requirements.

  • expand_moreI have registered with Veezlo, but I have not received any campaign up till now?
    There are several reasons why you have not received the campaigns.
    1. There are not enough campaigns in your area.
    2. The advertisers are targeting and running campaigns in zones other than yours.
    3. You have turned on vacation mode and forgot it.
    4. You are in a city other than the city you are signed up for.
    5. You do not check notifications and campaign requests.
    6. You are too slow to check out the requests & other fellows accept the opportunities quicker than you.
    7. Your account is suspended or blocked.
    8. The campaign for your car type is not available as yet.
    9. You have signed up for fewer services.
    10. Advertisers create campaigns in different service type than yours.

  • expand_moreI have received campaigns in the beginning, but now I hardly see any campaign on the App?
    There are several reasons why you can experience this kind of situation.
    1. You have canceled/rejected too many campaigns.
    2. Your cancellation rate is high due to which system gives campaigns to those with low cancellation rate. Your reliability is a question mark.
    3. Veezlo systems trust Ambassadors with higher acceptance and completion rate and you fall below the minimum required rate.
    4. Your account is suspended or blocked.
    5. You were previously involved in the fraud due to which system offers campaign to more trustworthy ambassadors.
    6. Your ratings are not good. Previous advertisers rated you low due to which other advertisers do not want to work with you.
    7. You withdrew from campaigns in the middle of the running campaigns.
    8. You didn’t provide the photos on-demand.
    9. You violated laws and policies.
    10. You were found in bad driving practices.

  • expand_moreHow Veezlo will pay me?
    Through your preferred payment method. This can be through a bank transfer, mobile account, jazz cash or vouchers.

  • expand_moreWhen will Veezlo pay me for my completed campaigns?
    The standard bank clearing time is 7 business days. You can expect payments in 7 to 10 days.

  • expand_moreWhy Veezlo reversed my earnings?
    In case, you were involved in the fraud then your earnings will be reversed either partially or fully depending on the severity of the fraud. Also, if you withdraw from a running campaign then you will be subjected to a penalty to cover the print & installation cost that advertiser will have to incur again because of you.

  • expand_moreWhy did I lose access to my account permanently?
    Read the terms and conditions to know more about it. Generally, you lose access to your account when you are involved in the fraud, violated laws or policies.

  • expand_moreCan I submit an appeal to unblock my account?
    You can submit your appeal but blocked accounts are rarely unblocked. We have a zero tolerance policy on fraud. Your appeal will be evaluated by the team to give a final decision. Every Ambassador is allowed to appeal only once.

  • expand_moreCan I take participate in two campaigns at once?
    You can take part in one campaign at a time.

  • expand_moreIs it necessary to complete the tasks?
    They are not obligatory but they are fun along with supplemental income. They include quests, flash mobs, taking photos of your car in popular public places or events, participating in a rally or just parking somewhere.

  • expand_moreCan I participate in another campaign after completing one campaign?
    You can participate in other campaigns as well. When you complete a campaign successfully, our systems start to provide you more campaigns automatically.

So you just need to upload a design or write about how you want a design and leave rest on us. We print and install the stickers on vehicles on your behalf. You can control your campaign from start to end through Veezlo app.

    Yes. But the cost will be usually lower than the market price.

  • expand_moreWhy can’t I choose mileage for my campaigns below the minimum mileage for each car type?
    We want to drive impact for you. The minimum kilometers just ensure that. Minimum kilometers are required to cross the threshold of the consumers so that they notice your brand or campaigns which they would not notice otherwise. Minimum kilometers also facilitate the Ambassadors by ensuring the minimum defined earnings so that they can stay committed to your campaigns.

  • expand_moreWhat if I don’t have any ad design and I want to run a campaign on Veezlo?
    No issue. If you don’t have the design(s), just tell us about your campaign and our designer will roll up his sleeves to create a wonderful craft for you.

  • expand_moreWill I have to pay for the designs created by Veezlo for my campaign?
    In some cases, you will be given free service depending upon your region. However, there is a little fee that covers the designing cost. You will be shown the details on the checkout page.

  • expand_moreIs there any minimum fee to advertise on Veezlo?
    No, there is no minimum fee. There are minimum kilometers for which a campaign must run. You cannot run a campaign below the minimum requirements.

  • expand_moreHow campaigns are priced?
    Campaign pricing is purely based on mileage. It’s safe and traceable. It ensures that vehicles actually go on the road.

  • expand_moreWhose vehicles are being used in campaigns?
    The partners’ vehicles are used in campaigns. The partners are the people who register their vehicles with us and authorize Veezlo to advertise on their vehicles. Partners are get paid for every mile they promote your brand on the road.
    We call them Ambassadors.

  • expand_moreWhat is the target mileage for the Ambassadors?
    There is no such target mileage. It depends. However, Ambassadors ensure to complete the mileage requirements of every campaign.

  • expand_moreWhat happens to my campaign if the Ambassador withdraw during the campaign?
    By rule, an Ambassador can’t withdraw from the campaign. However, if any special situation arises then be sure that your campaign is safe and will be transferred to another Ambassador.

  • expand_moreAre there any campaign policies?
    We have comprehensive policies that govern every campaign. Veezlo encourages you to read and comply. Veezlo reviews every campaign before it goes live on the roads, if the campaign found to be violating any of campaign policies, then Veezlo will notify advertiser to revise the ad, content, design or message. Veezlo will help the advertiser in every way possible, if the advertiser refuses to revise the ad then the Veezlo will terminate the campaign.

  • expand_moreWhat happens if, during the campaigns, my campaigns were declared to be violating the local law(s)?
    We will request you to revise the content to re-launch the campaign. However, if the local law has reservations about the campaigns then Veezlo will retire it. Kindly check our terms to learn more about it.

  • expand_moreCan I cancel a campaign after the launch of a campaign?
    By rule, you can’t. However, if the campaign is of critical nature and can harm you in anyway then Veezlo will retire it without a refund. Kindly take your time, learn about Veezlo and your advertising objectives. We have resources for you in your app that can help you with advertising and campaigns.

  • expand_moreHow can I pay for the campaigns?
    You can pay through credit/debit card, mobile account, outlet and voucher.

  • expand_moreHow will I know, if an Ambassador actually drives on roads or have parked the car in the garage?
    You will know it through your app. Veezlo only charges you when an ambassador goes on the road. The app measures the distance traveled by the Ambassador and log it into the system. You can track the movements your campaign vehicles through your phone. If the car is parked in the garage then Veezlo won’t calculate the distance and you won’t be charged.

  • expand_moreWhat if my ambassador has removed my ad from his vehicle and logs fake mileage to the system?
    An ambassador cannot play with the system. We have a system in place that detects and catches the fraud. Besides the anti-fraud system, you have the option in your app through which you can demand the pictures of the ad with vehicle anytime you want (when they are online). The camera functionality of Ambassador App captures only real-time images (there is no upload option and images are timed) to help you judge whether the ad is still intact or in good condition or not.

  • expand_moreWhat if an Ambassador goes to another city and bills me for the city other than my campaign city?
    Veezlo doesn’t work like this. If the ambassador goes out of your campaign city then the billing stops automatically. Our systems know that which city the advertiser has selected for campaign and advertiser will only be charged for the campaign city. Veezlo has defined the boundaries of each city on the map in the systems. So the system automatically detects when the ambassador crosses the boundary of the campaign city and the billing stops automatically.

  • expand_moreHow can I reach the support to lodge a complaint?
    When you click on the campaign in your app, you will see a report button. The button will take you the complaint form. You can lodge a complaint on that specific campaign, individual Ambassador or charges related to that campaign, etc. You can select the type of issue from the form. You can also tap on the dropdown menu and select help to reach out to us. We are always there to help you.

  • expand_moreWhat if I want to run a campaign in multiple cities?
    If Veezlo operates in those cities then simply choose multiple cities for your campaign in Veezlo App. We will launch the campaign for you in all the chosen cities.

  • expand_moreWhat if I want to run a campaign in the city in which Veezlo doesn’t operate?
    We cannot promise you a campaign in the city other than the Veezlo operated cities. However, you are encouraged to speak to us. We will try to facilitate you.

  • expand_moreHow much area of a car is wrapped in the ad?
    It depends on your requirements. We have 3 types of services.
    . Rear wrap (Covers only the backside of the vehicle)
    . Lite wrap (Covers the doors and sides along with back sometimes)
    . Full wrap (as the name suggests, covers the full vehicle in ad)

  • expand_moreHow much exposure one Veezlo car gets?
    Veezlo gets you the attention of the consumers and gets the eyes on you in the most interactive way. A car wrapped in ad gets more attention and exposure than the ad lost in the crowd of billboards and tons of internet post.
    Depending upon the city, region or zone of the campaign, a car gets thousands of impressions every day. Your message can reach up to 20,000 people every day if the vehicle drives 200 kms on average.

  • expand_moreHow many kilometers each Veezlo car drives per day?
    All the Ambassadors are classified into low mileage, medium mileage and high mileage drivers. Depending on your preferences, you can choose a low mileage, medium mileage or high mileage ambassador for your campaign. Low mileage ambassadors drive at least 50kms per day, medium mileage ambassadors drive 100+kms per day and high mileage ambassadors drive 150-kms per day on average.

  • expand_moreCan I provide my brand collateral (flyers, brochures) to my campaign’s ambassadors?
    You can provide the material for extra exposure to your Ambassadors. They are usually asked about the brand on their vehicles so it is a great conversation starter.

  • expand_moreWhy did I lose access to my account?
    You can lose access to your account if you are found to be involved in abusing the system and violating campaign policies and laws.

  • expand_moreWhat are the tasks?
    Tasks are a fun way to create a hype and engagement around your brand and increase the participation of the consumers in your campaign and drive an impact for your business. This is not possible anywhere else except with Veezlo. See the list of tasks on your app. Tasks are assigned to ambassadors to carry out. For example, you assign a task to an ambassador to take photos of branded vehicle (Branded with your ad) at a popular place or public event or park your car for a specified time in the parking of your preference, etc.

    You can assign tasks to ambassadors based on your badge level. However, the tasks are predefined and not obligatory. Ambassador can choose to perform or not. You will need to pay extra amount. If your badge allows you extra feature then schedule it with Veezlo to carry out the tasks effectively.
